Celebrating Boston's Real Estate Leaders with Boston Common Magazine
By Isabella Libreros, PR & Communications Assistant at Arco Design + Build

This spring, Arco had the pleasure of joining Modern Luxury Boston Common for an exclusive evening celebrating the publication's annual Real Estate Issue at the Ritz-Carlton Residences at South Station Tower.
Bringing together leaders from across Boston's design, development, finance, and real estate communities, the event offered a thoughtful look at the forces shaping the region's evolving luxury market. Guests gathered within one of the tower's penthouse residences for a panel discussion moderated by Laura Gollinger, Vice President at The Collaborative Companies, featuring Brian P. Nagle of Citizens Private Bank, Mark Bogosian of Longfellow Design Build, and Jillian Gaviani of CBT Architects.
The conversation explored the intersection of design, development, investment, and market trends, offering valuable perspectives from some of the industry's most influential voices. Following the discussion, guests moved down the hall for a cocktail reception featuring Marky's Caviar and catering by Off the Vine.

What made the evening particularly memorable was the opportunity to connect with fellow professionals and creative thinkers who continue to shape Boston's luxury residential landscape. From meaningful conversations to new introductions, the event reflected the collaborative spirit that drives our industry forward.
As a firm dedicated to creating thoughtfully designed homes and exceptional client experiences, we always value opportunities to engage with the broader design and real estate community. We were especially honored to be included in Boston Common's Real Estate Issue and to celebrate alongside so many respected industry leaders.
We extend our sincere gratitude to the Modern Luxury Boston Common team for their continued partnership and for creating spaces where meaningful conversations, industry insight, and community come together so seamlessly. We look forward to continuing the conversation and celebrating the future of luxury living in Boston.
