Honoring 100 Latino Leaders Making a

BOSTON, MA - We are proud to share that our very own Luis DiazGranados, Chief Executive Officer and Lead Architectural Designer of ARCO Homes, has been named to the 2025 ALX100. This prestigious list celebrates one hundred of the most impactful Latino leaders across Massachusetts. Created by the nonprofit We Are ALX and featured in The Boston Globe Magazine Hispanic Heritage issue, this recognition honors individuals who are shaping industries, strengthening communities, and inspiring future generations.

About Luis

Since founding ARCO Homes in 2006, Luis has redefined what residential design can be. A graduate of one of Colombia’s top universities, he combines architectural expertise with project management excellence to deliver homes that are as functional as they are beautiful. His early experience at Stull and Lee helped him lay the foundation for the innovative approach he brings to ARCO’s work today.

For nearly two decades, Luis has led the design and build of distinctive residential spaces throughout Brookline, Newton, and the Greater Boston area. Beyond his design talent, he has cultivated a culture enriched by collaboration. He mentors his team, inspires innovation, and sets a gold standard for quality and care in every project.

About the ALX100 Award

The ALX100 shines a spotlight on Latino leaders who are making a meaningful difference in their fields and their communities. Now in its third year, the initiative celebrates individuals who contribute to the cultural, economic, and civic vitality of the Commonwealth. This includes entrepreneurs, public servants, artists, educators, and healthcare leaders.

Honorees are nominated by their communities and selected by an independent committee based on their impact, leadership, and diverse contributions. As We Are ALX describes them, these are “unsung heroes, civic leaders, and business trailblazers” whose stories inspire hope and drive progress.

Being named to the ALX100 is a powerful acknowledgment of Luis’s dedication to excellence, innovation, and community. These values define both his leadership and the legacy of ARCO Homes.
